Tracey Miller of Bigger Brighter Bolder joined Newbury Opendoorz in March. Tracey’s company is dedicated to helping and supporting individuals to realise their full potential and understand that confidence is something anyone can build.
Along with partner George, Tracey even empowers people so much they happily walk across hot coals without so much as a flinch or a tremor (or burnt toes!).
Tracey loves being a Confidence Coach. It was personal coaching that started her on her journey of changing the things she wasn’t happy with and creating a life she loved leaving her successful 15 year sales career without a backward glance.
Tracey’s approach is one of absolute compassion for the place you find yourself in today, coupled with a genuine desire to help you get to ‘where you want to be’.
Working with Tracey has been described as “a truly remarkable experience”. Her clients come away with a new mindset, feeling empowered, more in control and fully equipped to shape their own lives.
As well as a qualified Confidence Coach, Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner, Tracey has been studying Shamanic healing since 2008 and has experienced the incredibly positive impact this ancient healing practice can have on individuals.
Tracey’s areas of expertise are confidence, empowerment, success, motivation. She explains:
“With over 15 years’ experience in corporate sales and over 2 years running my own business, I understand how important genuine self-confidence is in achieving real success.
“Without it we find ourselves pretending in order to get by, feeling like a fraud and worrying someone is going to “find us out” at any moment. Performance is affected when we make decisions to avoid failure rather than authentic decisions for success.
